Description: Brewer's Notes: '26 Stout was brewed in collaboration with the Carolina Theater to celebrate their 90th Anniversary. The beer was inspired by some of the snacks associated with theaters and is brewed with popcorn, cocoa, and sorghum to help mimic some of the characteristics of those treats. On the nose aromas of rich kilned and roasted malts give way to dark cocoa and coffee. This inviting bouquet opens to a palate that feature a nutty full mouthfeel and subtle sweetness. As this beer finishes on the palate notes of chocolate become more evident.
