Description: Nice was brewed with several kilos of fresh citrus peel from; Oranges, Limes, Lemons and Grapefruits. These were added to the boil to give the beer its inviting fresh citrus fruit aroma. Nice was brewed as part of a pair for the winter months with Naughty. A white IPA loaded with fresh mixed citrus peel. The addition of lots of wheat malt gives the beer its very pale colour with the citrus fruit adding a very inviting fruit aroma. Lots of powerful hops give the beer a lasting bitterness as a proper IPA should. Hops:Citra, Galaxy, Motueka, Summit & Stella Malt:Pale Malt, Wheat Malt, Carapils, Oat Malt
