Description: The Caveman Ananas Kokos mead is made in a special way. All the fruits used such as pineapple, banana and lime have been thrown complete with peel directly into the coals of a BBQ, the outside removed afterwards and the carmelized juice extracted from the fruit. In the 2nd stage, toasted coconut was added. It resulted in a mead with complex tropical flavors. For this mead we used Mexican Yucatán honey
