Tasting Notes: A dark-ruby coloured brew with a rich, rounded maltiness that develops to a moderate intensity but never goes too far. This is sandwiched between overtones of ripe berries from the hops, and undertones of slightly roasted, almost burnt chocolate. Hops: Bramling Cross, Cascade, Challenger & Goldings.
