Soaking in both Port and Bourbon turns this into a very complex novel, and an intricate sipping beverage at just shy of 15% ABV. Pouring a deep dark mocha, up front notes of bourbon and dark chocolate, make way for cherry, merlot, and vinous character. Reminiscent of a mixture of cherry cordial, chocolate dessert with a nice glass of red wine, and a drunk aunt’s kisses at Thanksgiving.
