We deconstructed the flavors of the beloved Manhattan cocktail through the process of barrel aging beer and then infusing it with botanicals. Bourbon notes are pulled from the whiskey barrel aging and notes from the wine found in vermouth are pulled from the port barrel aging. At 15% ABV, this cocktail-inspired beer is the perfect way to close out the evening hours.
