Description: This is round two of our Life in Technicolor series, where we explore the relationship between hop-forward beers and various citrus fruit. This beer was designed to carry the hops and citrus with strong base of barley and oats as well as a large addition of lactose or milk sugar which provides and round, full and smooth mouthfeel. We brewed this beer with a ridiculous amount of Key Lime zest and juice and an array of citrus forward hops. It's light and tropical and a welcome reprieve from this winter that doesn't seem to want to end. It's almost spring right?
