Description: Quiet One is our version of a Brown Ale. We wanted make a well balanced dark beer that isn't dry and roasted like many dark beers. So we've combined 8 different malts from Australia and Germany , the best ale yeast we could find and the freshest noble and new world hops from both sides of the Atlantic. Dark ,bitter but smooth! The initial upfront citrus and earthy aromas meld with a complex malty goodness to deliver a bracing upfront bitterness that lingers long enough to lure you and leaves your palate wanting more.
