Description: This Sweet Potato Brown Ale is a take on an English brown ale. It has the roastiness and caramel flavors of a brown but added sweetness from 40 pounds of roasted sweet potatoes. In addition to the sweet potatoes, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice were added to give this beer a spectacular fall flavor. If that wasn't enough, we added rum soaked cinnamon sticks into the fermenter from Witherspoon Distillery in Lewisville, Texas, to give this beer an extra flavor kick.
