Description: Born in a Barn 006 is a mixed fermentation saison with Brettanomyces. The “brett” provides subtle layer of funk that dries the beer out and will continue to evolve over time. The goal with this lower-ABV Belgian ale was to create nuanced flavors that are elegantly simple. Towards the end of fermentation, we added a healthy dose of lime peel and granulated ginger, providing fruit and earthy undertones.
