Description: A variation of our Barrel-aged Imperial Stout which rested for 12 months in freshly dumped maple syrup barrels. We then added Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, Milk Sugar, two types of Cinnamon, freshly grated nutmeg and all natural bacon extract. This created a decadent and sweet brunch beer, loaded with notes of maple syrup, cinnamon toast, vanilla custard and a touch of salty bacon.
