Description: Finally the famed Australian Galaxy hop is back in our possession. These hops are hard to come by and when we finally got this year’s allotment we immediately had to show them off in a hazy, juicy IPA. Galaxy is the star here but, it has help from its orbiting friends Simcoe and Citra, not to mention Citra and Mosaic cryro powder.
