Description: This is our special ode to the Pumpkin. This year’s version is a big chocolaty, roasty, and chewy Imperial Stout. We add freshly roasted sugar pie pumpkins to the mash for a nice smooth and soft pumpkin flavor. We then add more pumpkin puree to the boil along with just a hint of pumpkin pie spice. The result is a massively intense Imperial Stout with the taste of fresh pumpkin and a nice small well thought out tinge of spice.
