Description: A series of sours named after the batch sizes in which this beer is produced. Our 15 barrel brewhouse produces 420 gallons of finished beer, which fills 8 oak barrels leaving room for additions of fruit and spices. It’s fermented with Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, and Pedioccocus; aged between 12-24 months and blended together creating a mélange of refreshingly bright acidity with a funky barnyard finish.
