Description: We brewed this Stout with one pound per barrel of coffee made especially for Haymarket by Passion House Coffee Roasters. We chose a pulped natural Brasil crop, as it blends well with the dark chocolate notes of the stout, but has a touch of acidity to lift up the aromatics of the oats. We added oatmeal for a creamy mouthfeel and finished it off with a little milk sugar for an added sweetness.
