Description: Perhaps our oldest Feral Beer to date. ‘The Five B’s’ is a Belgian Blonde ale aged in Bourbon Barrels with Brettanomyces and a Lactobacillus blend. Huge complex fruit notes on the nose, slight wood flavor with traditional Brett character. It has a mellow acidity, but not overly acidic. Finishes with a lingering tart dryness.
