For this year’s beer we took a couple of their favorite hops (Simcoe and El Dorado) and made a punchy but super drinkable West Coast IPA. Super clean malt profile lends a perfect platform for hop flavors of bright lemon and orange citrus and resinous pine bitterness. Drink up!
