Description: Terror or Life is a barrel aged barleywine collaboration with our friends at Holy Mountain. Terror of Life was aged for 20 months in a combination of two barrels (received directly from the distiller!) that held whiskey from St. George Spirits in California. These barrels were perfect for this all Maris Otter malt bill. One of the barrels was from their "Baller" whiskey releases which take inspiration from Japanese Scotch and held their Umeshu (plum liquor) before it held their whiskey. The other barrel is from a whiskey they finished in a french oak barrel. The flavors these barrels brought paired wonderfully with the malt driven english barleywine flavors.
