In his honor, we craft this Farmstead® ale from American malted barley, European and American hops, our distinctive farmhouse yeast, and water from our well. Unfiltered and naturally carbonated, this edition was conditioned in a stainless tank for 2 months and dry-hopped with the 2020 Cascade Cup Award Winning Cascade from Tributary Farms in Yakima Valley.
