Description: Everett (1908-1939) was our grandfather’s brother; Hill Farmstead Brewery rests upon the land that was once home to him and his 13 siblings. In his honor, we barrel aged this Porter in a Bourbon Barrel (that previously held Buffalo Trace bourbon and Sam Adam’s Utopias) for 7 months. Naturally carbonated and hand bottled. This is one of only 300 bottles... and one of which I dream to have shared with Everett. 8% ALC/VOL 21ºP
