Description: In honor of Shaun’s maternal grandmother, we craft a bière de mars and condition it in oak barrels with our resident microflora. This release spent nearly a year in barrels and was packaged in late 2018; we have closely monitored its progress, allowing it intentional and extended bottle conditioning to achieve its optimal expression—a hallmark and signature of our evolving and refined process pursuits. It is now ready for release and enjoyment.
