Description: This brew is coming from our Arizona Collaboration Series and was the brainchild of some talented winemakers from Arizona Stronghold Vineyards and our skilled brew team. We started with our award winning Berliner Weisse base and added a hefty amount of Arizona Chardonnay must fresh from the 2016 harvest. We then kettle soured it and threw it into red wine barrels and let it do its thing with a dry Saison yeast. The result? Subtle fruit notes of pear and apricot, medium tartness, and a beautiful presence of Chardonnay. We are particularly proud of this one. Cheers to our friends at ASV!
