Description: Ale Aged in Oak Barrels on Pineapple, Orange, and Guava Bright Light in a Dream is a blend of barrels containing oak aged mixed fermentation beers, one of which had previously contained Peach Brandy. The blend was transferred into another set of neutral oak barrels containing Pineapple, Orange, and Guava, where it went through a secondary fermentation with Brettanomyces. Refermented in the bottle with Brettanomyces.
