Description: Brewed in celebration of our annual Nucleate Beer Festival. This collaboration with Casey Brewing & Blending and WeldWerks Brewing Co. is a symbol of the friendship and community that Nucleate celebrates. This year we blended a whiskey barrel aged sour and a wine barrel aged sour, then refermented it on mulberry for 3 months. We then blended that beer with a foeder beer aged on fresh clementines for 4 months and bottle conditioned with hibiscus, vanilla, and champagne yeast.
