Description: Taste: Bourbon, Smoke, Chocolate For the 2021 vintage of this annual release, we brewed a big, bold, slightly smokey Imperial Stout, fermented in steel, then we moved the beer to age in freshly emptied Bourbon barrels from Widow Jane Distillery in Brooklyn, New York. In the barrels, the rich stout breathed into and out of the American oak, pulling with it delicious bourbon character along with wonderful notes of vanilla and charred oak - A decadent treat perfect for sipping near a warm fire. 3:41 clocks is at 11.3% ABV and is delicious now, or can be cellared for ten years or more!
