Description: Our light and approachable golden ale. We used pilsner malt to add a continental note to the flavor. Smooth and dry and eminently drinkable. A bit of a hybrid since the recipe was built a bit like a helles but we finished with a dry clean ale yeast. We then added mango and allowed a couple weeks of contact time. The resulting tropical notes makes this beer a real crowd pleaser.
