Description: For lack of a better category, this is under American Wild Ale although there is nothing "wild" about this, it was from a specifically cultured blend of three Brett strains. Pale wheat ale with Galaxy hops fermented with a fruity ester dominant Brettanomyces blend. This is the Unicorn on Acid's non acidified brother with different hops, Unicorn has Nelson Sauvin and a couple of minor, process related differences. This fella lost all his doses on the other side of the galaxy and is consequently pursuing a much more ordinary and clean existence. Lots of tropical fruits, guava, grapefruit, etc up front with a mildly earthy, leathery hint on the retronasal finish.
