Description: This month we showcase a very cool hop grown in Yakima, WA called Amarillo. We felt Amarillo was the perfect follow up to Batch #3. As for flavor, welcome your senses with a rich aroma of grapefruit pith, honeydew melon, 1 year old pine trees and just a touch of floral spice. Dry-hopped with 66.7% Amarillo, 10% of Bravo & Chinook and 6.65% each of Perle & Falconer’s.
