Description: This beer is inspired by the perfect dessert for anniversaries and birthdays alike, the Banana Split. We brewed this beer with a blend of malts, flaked barley, lactose, and sugar cones. After fermentation we added cacao nibs, vanilla beans, and walnuts - then fruited with bananas, strawberries, and pineapples. Finally, to bring everything together, we aged this beer in bourbon barrels. Save some room for dessert, this is a beer you don’t want to pass on!
