Description: Long ago, in a fermenter right here in Longwood, we brewed a giant Imperial stout and laid it to rest in whiskey barrels until it was deemed worthy. We then brewed a matching batch of that very same mahogany nectar and blended the two together. The double stout was then infused with a glorious Costa Rica Dota from Otus Coffee, rich Tahitian Vanilla beans, Dominican Cacao Nibs, and heaps of Tart Cherries.
