Description: It’s all lead up to this. Our first IPA, and it is a doozy. Primarily featuring the Ella hop from Australia, we have made an IPA with a great base and body. The Ella Ella has an elegant bitterness without being a hop bomb. It breaks our heart when an IPA’s only flavor comes from the dry hopping, so we made sure to start with something special from the get-go.
