Description: Brewed in collaboration with Midnight Run Brewing of Frederick, MD. In true collaborative fashion we took a little bit of Idiom flare and mixed in the big and bold attitude of Midnight Run. What we ended up with is a juicy Triple NEIPA fermented with Sacch Trois (a wild yeast straing previously thought to be Brettanomyces). Hopped in excess of 7lb/BBL with a mix of Cashmere, Citra and Mosaic hops. This collaboration has over-the-top aromas and flavors of orange blossom, peach, apricot, fresh melon and a touch of bitterness. The finish on the bad boy is super soft and the booze is hidden well!
