Description: Saison brewed with honey, coriander & lemon verbena. Fermented with a mixed culture of classic saison yeast strains, wild yeast & bacteria. Post fermentation, the beer was conditioned in a stainless steel for 6 weeks, with its primary mixed culture. A third & final fermentation, completed this beer in a bottle. Pockets of Sunlight is a radiant saison full of crisp energy. Please cool before opening & pour with care, leaving sediment in the bottle.
