Description: Volume 4 of Ephemeral easily distinguishes itself from previous iterations while maintaining a strong semblance of familiarity. Hop-driven aromatics redolent of lemon zest, tropical fruit and earthy pine nearly overwhelm the nose, while unique yeast-driven esters seamlessly weave into the layered hop character, thus creating a palate experience worthy of committing to memory many times over. Changes to water chemistry and judicious usage of wheat and flaked oats accentuate a pillowy soft mouthfeel, despite finishing drier than any of the other Ephemerals. That said, this might be our favorite version of Ephemeral thus far!
