Description: We used 2 yeasts strains for this cider, a farmhouse saison and a dry white wine yeast fermented with fresh peaches. We added more peaches in secondary to ramp up the peach flavor. This is slightly sweet and tart with lots of peach on the nose. Just enough Fuzz – another Summer Crusher!
