Description: 2021 Black is Beautiful Imperial Stout with Marshmallows, Toasted Coconut, and Madagascar Vanilla! We double-mashed with a base of Wildfire Pale Malt from TexMalt, flaked oats and wheat, double roasted crystal, and chocolate and brown malts. We added brown sugar and milk sugar to a three-hour boil. Fermented in stainless steel with English ale yeast. Cold side we added the toasted coconut (toasted in-house) and Madagascar vanilla. We get notes of smores, tiramisu, toffee, devil's food cookies, and 50's diner sundae. 10.5% abv.
