Description: a Vie en Rose is made with the “spent” raspberries from Jester King Atrial Rubicite. We take the fruit remaining from the refermentation of Atrial Rubicite, and steep a younger beer on the spent fruit. The result is a beer that is still fairly fruit forward, but not as intense as its predecessor. 2017 La Vie en Rose is 5.8% alcohol by volume, 12 IBU, 3.6 pH, and has a finishing gravity of 1.004 (1 degree Plato). It was packaged on June 27th and 28th, 2017.
