Dualistic Oversimplification Szechuan Sour | Jing A (京A) Brewing Co.
ABV: 5.0%
IBU: 15
Style: Sour - Ale
Actively Produced
Description: This beer is one half of a two-part series we've brewed in collaboration with Vietnam's Pasteur Street Brewing: Two diametrically opposed beers - a kettle sour and a stout - both featuring the same three special ingredients: cocoa nibs, dried tangerine peel, and Sichuan pepper. A tart ale with a bright floral aroma and notes of sweet citrus on the palate. Subtle nutty notes and a spicy mala buzz emerge in the finish.
