Description: Celebrate Fat Tuesday or any other day with this festive Saison! We brewed this to resemble a Hurricane, adding passionfruit, blood orange, cherries and limes during fermentation. The fruit adds some tartness, which when combined with the higher carbonation, gives the beer a bit of a vinous character. Along with the tartness, the fruit also adds some light sweetness up front before finishing bone dry. Laissez les bons temps rouler!
