Description: Brewed for the National Park Service’s 100th birthday on August 25th, this Red IPA takes inspiration from a variety of locations. It’s red for the southwest parks like Grand Canyon and Arches, with California yeast for Yosemite, Colorado grown hops for Rocky Mountain, Amarillo for Yellowstone, and Glacier hops (obvious). Finally, it was dry hopped with Centennial. Balanced toasty and biscuity malt flavors backup fruity, woody, spicy, piney, and floral notes from the variety of hops.
