Description: Chocolate Coconut Biscotti, our new 13.0% Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout. This decadent stout brewed with maple syrup and lactose began as a blend of Imperial Stouts aged in Eagle Rare, Blanton's, Russel's Reserve, and Woodford Double Oaked bourbon barrels for an average of 16 months. It was then conditioned on a blend of cacao nibs from Ghana, Haiti and the Philippines along with Madagascar vanilla beans and freshly toasted Marcona almonds and coconut. Chocolate Coconut Biscotti pours black with a mocha foam head and rich aromatics of fresh baked pastries dipped in chocolate. The coconut adds a sweet creamy component and another layer of decadence to this classic cookie inspired treat.
