Description: “The Ore fields” and “The Gold of the North” are two terms that our region of the world has a close relationship with. The term ore fields is one of the names used for our region, simply because of the iron ore-rich ground. The Gold of the North more poetically describes the ripe cloudberries that seem to set the arctic moors aflame with their vibrant orange color in the summertime. This is a stout as dark as the iron ore below us, with an intense cloudberry taste that nicely compliments the malt base of the beer. Share a bottle in good company, maybe as a dessert on its own or perhaps paired with coffee-flavored ice cream. We like this liquid black gold best when it is served at around 14-16 degrees celsius. Enjoy.
