Description: Brassy-orange in color this bright Italian Helles Bock brewed with snow-melt from the Italian Alps evokes delicate notes of honey in a lovely delicate bouquet full of complexity and characteristics found in a suave Belgian blonde Ale. Boldly reinterpreting the bock style for the refined Italian palate, poured high and hard into a wine glass or TEKU on a long string of liquid art right down the center of the glass releases the all-natural carbonation; its liveliness and effervescence, renders a distinct sweetness balanced perfectly with the bitterness of floral hops. In the mouth the sensation is soft, light feeling, complex, yet very refreshing with a very smooth and refined finish.
