Description: This beer is one of two collaborations we worked with Jack Daniels on, paying homage to a favorite cocktail of ours - the Lynchburg Lemonade. Starting with a light wheat ale base, we kettle-soured the mash to impart a slightly tart quality to the beer. With an addition of Citra and Lemondrop hops, we then aged it for around six months, imparting subtle whiskey notes. Then over 120 pounds of freshly-squeezed Meyer lemons were added to enhance this refreshing take on a Southern favorite.
