Description: A tribute to our beloved CFO, the BrewHEFEner is one smooth beer. Toasted Big Island Macadamia nuts play gently with the estery Banana-like yeast driven flavors. Hazy straw color, creamy white head, aromatics of Macadamia, banana and a hit of white bread. Slightly tart, slightly clove, smooth and dry. Great with desserts, beet and goat cheese salad, crab or lobster, lemon risotto, or better yet, cedar smoked salmon.
