Description: Our spring farmhouse style ale was created with Chef Charlie Menard of the Round Barn Inn. Brewed with Pilsner, Munich, and Wheat malts, we added 40lbs of fresh Rhubarb and a hearty dose of fresh Hartshorn Farm Basil, then fermented it with a French Saison yeast for a dry finish.
