Description: This Nice Dreams series beer showcases a 2.5 year old blend of golden sour barrel aged beer and tart cherries. Our wood brewers blend 4 different white wine and red wine barrels combining very sour beer (around 90%) with dry funky/aromatic beer (around 10%). All of the barrels used in this beer have been aging on tart cherries for the last 4 months. This reddish, golden ale showcases a sour and fruit forward taste; with balancing aromas of brettanomyces and a dry finish; making this one of our most sour and fruity ales. 3.0pH
