Description: This beer is the Jekyll & Hyde of London Fields Brewery. A Light malty body and the mellow character of Chico American Ale yeast is contrasted sharply against massive amounts of Amarillo, Chinook & Simcoe hops to give a huge fresh flavour and aroma, with notes of apricot and peach masking dark hints of pepper and pine. This beer is a celebration of the classic American high alpha-acid hops, and the end result is a schizophrenic beast of a brew.
