This Pale Ale has a base of Pilsner malt and Oats which lends a soft edge to the palate, and then we hit it with big whacks of Citra and Mosaic in both the brewhouse and dryhop. BAM! The result: bright and mega-fruity - think bananas, mangoes, papayas and peaches – SO LUSH! 4.6% 33IBU 10EBC
