Description: Red Tart is a Berliner Weissbier brewed with a blend of German pilsner and wheat malt with fresh raspberries added to just prior to kegging. It is naturally soured with our house blend of lactobacillus strains for a complex and refreshing tart raspberry flavor. The beer pours a hazy red with a white head that gives off a tart raspberry aroma with a light doughy wheat aroma. It is a light bodied, highly carbonated, crisp and refreshing raspberry beer.
